Ted is an active member of the MV Democrats and an energy advocate.

Ted is an actor and seasonal resident.
Susan Wasserman
Susan is president of the Martha’s Vineyard Community Services' Board and the Friends of the West Tisbury Library and active in League of Women Voters.

Dave McGlinchey, Executive Director
Dave is the second Executive Director in the six year history of the Energy Project. He is responsible for developing the Vineyard Power energy cooperative and promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency throughout the community. Dave also serves on a committee responsible for drafting wind turbine by-laws for the town of West Tisbury. Before joining VEP, Dave was a journalist in Colorado and Washington, D.C., reporting on everything from environmental issues in the Rockies to national security debates in Congress. He has a undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Dave lives in Oak Bluffs.
Kara Gelinas, Education Coordinator
Kara is responsible for the energy education assistance that the VEP provides to the Martha's Vineyard schools. As part of her responsibilities, she runs the island-wide Solar Car Race and the Green Careers Day for the high school. She has previous experience student teaching at the Charter School and Oak Bluffs School. Kara has an undergraduate degree from Colgate University and a masters degree in education from Lesley University. Kara lives in Oak Bluffs and also serves on the Oak Bluffs town energy committee.
